HACKENSACK, N.J. – The Fairleigh Dickinson women's volleyball team will travel to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to face the Explorers of La Salle University on Wednesday, September 16. The match is scheduled for a 7 p.m. start.
 
The Explorers are 4-7 on the season battling a three game losing streak. The Knights also stand 4-7 after going 2-1 in the 11th Annual Friar Classic this past weekend in Providence, Rhode Island including a 3-0 sweep to Saint Peter's.  
 
Sophomore Carly O'Sullivan (Bogota, N.J./Bogota) has a team-high with 72 kills while freshman Rebecca Sabol (Dublin, Ohio/Dublin Coffman) has collected 68 on the season. Sophomore Alex Lolland (Auburn, Calif./Del Oro) (67), senior Maddie Gibbons (Columbus, Ohio/Grandview Heights) (66), junior Caroline Laton (Kinnelon, N.J./Kinnelon) (66), and sophomore Taylor Wyckoff (San Diego, Calif./Clairemont) (51) also added to the offense.
 
Freshman Savanna Wray (Peoria, Ariz./Sunrise Mountain) led the Knights in digs in the last two matches including 10 against Providence and 11 to Saint Peter's.
