@FDUKnightsHACKENSACK, N.J. – The Fairleigh Dickinson men's basketball team heads west to play the Colonials of Robert Morris on Thursday, Jan. 29. The Knights (7-12, 2-6 NEC) and Colonials (10-10, 6-2 NEC) are meeting for the first time this season, but will play again next Saturday, Feb. 7 in Hackensack, N.J.

Mustafaa Jones (Philadelphia, Pa./Neumann-Goretti), while the Blackbirds' Martin Hermannsson also registered 21 points.
LIU led by as many as 13 points in the first half and held a 20-10 advantage at the period's midway mark. With 8:13 left to play LIU connected on a three-pointer to take a 25-12 lead, but the Knights would close the gap over the final minutes of the half and actually tie the game at 35-35 with 21 seconds remaining.

Darius Stokes (Marion, Iowa/Linn-Mar) dropped in a layup with an assist from freshman
Stephan Jiggetts (Forestville, Md./Bishop McNamara) to tie the game at 65-65 with 6:05 left to play. A quick 5-1 run by the Blackbirds broke the tie and put LIU back up 71-66 with 3:06 remaining.
Up NextWhat's On Tap - Following Thursday's game FDU will travel to Saint Francis U on Jan. 31. The Red Flash and Colonials will also visit Hackensack the following week on Feb. 5 and 7.
