Cornell Live StatsTEANECK, N.J. --Â The Fairleigh Dickinson men's soccer team (1-4-1) heads to upstate New York this weekend to participate in Cornell's CU Inaria Classic. On Friday, the Knights will play a 7 p.m. contest at Colgate (1-3-1) in Hamilton, N.Y., before traveling south to Ithaca, N.Y. to face Cornell (2-2-1) on Sunday, Sept. 21 at 3 p.m.
Last Time OutThe Knights were defeated by Iona, 2-0, at University Stadium on Monday night. The Gaels took a 1-0 lead on a penalty kick in the first half, before extending their lead to 2-0 on an own goal during the second 45 minutes. FDU had opportunities to find the back of the net but were unlucky. The Knights were outshot, 12-8, and did not have an official attempt on goal.

What You Need To Know:Â The Raiders come into Friday's match loser's in their last two contests winless in three of their last four after beginning the season with a 1-0 double-overtime victory over Saint Mary's at home. Colgate then dropped a 2-1 decision in overtime to Niagara at home and settled for a 1-1 draw at Albany. The Raiders are coming off a California trip, which saw them fall to UC Santa Barbara, 4-1, and Loyola Marymount, 1-0. Ethan Kulter has tallied all four goals for Colgate, and Ricky Brown has seen all the action in goal. The Raiders are projected to finish ninth in the 10-team Patriot League.

What You Need To Know:Â The Big Red opened the season with a draw scoreless draw at #2 Louisville and a 1-0 overtime loss at Xavier. Cornell then collected back-to-back 1-0 victories over Lafayette (2OT) and at Binghamton but are coming off a 3-0 loss at #20 Syracuse last time out. Connor Goepel has scored both goals for the Big Red, and Zach Zagorski has started all five matches between the pipes. He has played all but 12:40 in goal and has recorded three clean sheets.
