Megan Reiner (Los Angeles, Calif./John Marshall) turned in another impressive weekend for the Knights, tossing 19 combined innings between the four games while striking out 22 to reach 95 strikeouts on the year. Reiner (7-6) now holds a 1.89 earned run average and picked up her first save of the season against the Mount on Sunday. Junior
Cindy Zamudio (Wilmington, Calif./Redondo Union) leads all hitters with a .344 average to go along with a team high 16 runs. The five-foot California native also has the long stroke, leading with four home runs and a .639 slugging percentage. Classmate
Angelique Nieves (Union City, N.J./High Tech High School) has a respectable .303 batting average and picked up her second three-bagger of the season on a two-run triple against Mount St. Mary's in game two of the doubleheader, which proved to be the game-winning hit.

What You Need To Know: Infielder Kasey McCravery is batting over .400 at the plate and leads the Black Knights with eight doubles, six home runs, 40 RBI and a slugging percentage of .652. Alee Rashenskas (.369) and Amanda Nguyen (.346) are both tied with McCravery with 45 hits on the season. Rashenskas is enjoying her rookie campaign, ranking second in runs (24) and RBI (23) for Army. Nguyen is one of the lone seniors on the team and leads the team in at-bats with 130 and runs scored with 29. Caroline Smith leads the pitching staff, logging 114 innings and pitching to 2.95 ERA. Smith (11-9) has only struck out 23 batters but has thrown 11 complete games to headline Army's pitching.
