HACKENSACK, N.J. -- The Fairleigh Dickinson women's basketball team (2-25, 1-15 NEC) returns home for the final two games of its season, starting with a 2 p.m. contest on Saturday inside Stratis Arena against Central Connecticut (10-16, 4-12 NEC) in Northeast Conference action.

Last Time Out
The Knights were defeated on Monday, Feb. 24 at LIU Brooklyn, 56-40. FDU led at halftime, 26-23, but managed to only shoot 19.4 percent (6-of-31) in the second half. Sophomore Kelsey Cruz (Chester, Va./Lloyd C. Bird) led the Knights with 16 points to go along with a career-high five steals. Senior Desiree Crawford (Aurora, Ontario/Cardinal Carter Catholic) tied her career high in rebounds with 13.

2013-14 Season: 10-16 (4-12 NEC)
When: Saturday, March 1 - 2 p.m.
Where: Hackensack, N.J. (Stratis Arena)
Series History: CCSU leads 18-15

What You Need To Know: For the Blue Devils, it's all about Jessica Babe. The senior guard is the lone player to average in double-figures at 13.3 points per game while averaging 33.5 minutes per game. Babe also leads CCSU in just about every other statistical category. Head Coach Beryl Piper is blessed with a very deep rotation to back up Babe. However, it was senior forward Lauren Arbogast that dealt the biggest blow against the Knights back in January, finishing with 18 points. Both sides will not be participating in this year's NEC Tournament.

Up Next
FDU will conclude the season on Monday, March 3 against Sacred Heart. Tipoff inside Stratis Arena is scheduled for 7 p.m. Crawford and senior Alea Boyd (Washington, D.C./Takoma Academy) will be honored with a Senior Night ceremony before the start of the game.
