HACKENSACK, N.J. – The Fairleigh Dickinson women's basketball team (2-5) begin a seven-game road swing with a trip to Saint Peter's (0-6) on Wednesday night, Dec. 10. Tipoff from Jersey City is scheduled for 6 p.m.
 
Last Time Out
The Knights snapped a five-game losing streak with a big 56-48 win against Army at Stratis Arena on Saturday afternoon. The visitors led, 22-19, at halftime but FDU exploded in the second half with great play on both sides of the ball. Erika Livermore (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth Area) and Kelsey Cruz (Chester, Va./Lloyd C. Bird) paced the Knights with 14 points apiece with the former adding two blocks and two steals in 37 minutes. Freshman Rainey Cox (South Boston, Mass./Southfield) made a major impact on both sides of the ball with a career-high 12 points, tying a career-high with seven rebounds, and a career-high four steals in just 24 minutes of action.

No Saint Peter's player averages over 10 points per game – with Alyssa Velles at 8.8 and Sajanna Bethea at 8.0.leading the way. Bethea adds seven rebounds a game and Hala Mostafa chips in five. Mostafaa is a force in the paint with a career-high nine boards in the team's last game vs. Canisius and already on the team's top-10 all-time list for blocked shots at seven as a junior.
