The Fairleigh Dickinson baseball team fell to Radford, 13-4, late Saturday afternoon at the RU Baseball Stadium in Radford, VA. With the victory, the Highlanders improve to 20-15 on the season, while the Knights fall to 15-16-1 overall.

Ryan Kresky (Freehold, NJ/Freehold)'s RBI sacrifice fly, which scored freshman
Shane Siebler (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth Area), Radford scored three times in the bottom half of the inning to take a 3-1 lead.
The Highlanders put the game away with a four-run fifth and a five-run sixth to take a commanding 12-1 lead. The advantage reached 13-1 before the Knights scored three runs over the final two innings.
Freshman
Joe Borell (Wallingford, Conn./Mark T. Sheehan ) (2-1) was charged with his first collegiate loss. The righty went 4.0 innings, allowing three earned runs on six hits, while walking one, striking out two and plunking one.
Tyler Costello picked up the win on the mound for Radford as he allowed one earned run on five hits in 7.0 innings of work.
FDU collected nine hits on the day with Siebler going 3-for-4 with a double, a run scored and a RBI. Kresky added two hits to extend his hitting streak to eight games and drove home a pair of runs.
Cory Turner went 4-for-4 with two runs scored and a RBI to lead the Highlanders' 20-hit attack. Matt Mack added three hits, including two home runs, three runs scored and five RBIs.
The Knights and Highlanders will conclude their three-game series at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
