The Fairleigh Dickinson University women's volleyball team lost, 3-1, at Central Connecticut State University, Saturday, Oct. 20 in New Britain, CT. Senior middle blocker Rebecca Tenney (/Tabb) notched a team-best 11 kills (.429 attack percentage), as the Knights fell to 10-11 overall and 1-1 in the Northeast Conference.
The Blue Devils (17-4, 2-0 NEC) earned wins of 30-24, 30-20, and 30-17.
Junior setter Karolina Kowalski (/North Arlington) (North Arlington, NJ) tallied 13 assists and eight digs. Junior middle blocker Lauren Boothby (/Voorhees) (Glen Gardner, NJ) finished with nine kills, while senior libero Lauren Lombardo (/Laurel) (New Castle, PA) added eight digs.
FDU travels to Hamden, CT at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 21 for an NEC match versus Quinnipiac University.
