Women's Volleyball Falls at La Salle in Three Games

PHILADELPHIA, PA - The Fairleigh Dickinson University women's volleyball team (7-12) fell in three games at La Salle on Wednesday evening in Philadelphia, PA. The Explorers improve to 7-11 after winning 30-12, 30-26 and 30-27.

Elena Schmidt led the Knights with 11 kills, while Justine Muzones added seven. Ruth Levy contributed 29 assists and Lauren Lombardo recorded 13 digs. Rebecca Tenney and Kayla McLeod each notched two blocks.

Kristen Kelsey led the Explorers with 10 kills, while Caitlin Conner had 41 assists and Carolyn Judge added 21 digs. Amy McKeon added five block assists.

The Knights are back in action this weekend when they host the Valley National Bank Classic at the Rothman Center on Friday and Saturday.
