Women's Volleyball Falls to Manhattan in Three Games

RIVERDALE, NY - The Fairleigh Dickinson University women's volleyball team fell in three games (22-30, 25-30, 25-30) to Manhattan on Wednesday night at Draddy Gym. The non-conference victory puts the Lady Jaspers at 14-13 overall, while the Knights fall to 10-18.

Sophomore Elena Schmidt led the Knights with 13 kills and sophomore Ruth Levy posted 16 assists. Freshman Karolina Kowalski notched 13 digs and junior Kayla McLeod added four blocks.

Maggie Pfeifer led the Jaspers with 17 kills. Manhattan senior Megan O'Dorisio notched nine kills in the win to go with six digs, while sophomore Ashley Watson dug up a team-high 10 attacks.

The Knights return to the conference schedule at St. Francis PA on October 29 at 2:00 p.m.
