Freshman Joel Roman hit safely all four contests last weekend against LIU Brooklyn, batting .429 (6-for-14) with three doubles, a run and an RBI while recording a .467 on-base percentage. The Knights' starting third baseman now has a five-game hitting streak and is 11 for his last 22 (.500) with four doubles, four runs and three RBI. Over his last 10 games, Roman is hitting .404 (13-for-32) with four doubles, one home run, seven runs and four RBI while reaching base at a .486 clip.
