2011-12: Competed in the 200m, 400m and as part of the 4x400m relay team during indoor season… Part of FDU’s 4x400m relay team that took sixth at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 3:58.76 (1/26/12)… At the Metropolitan Championships, had best 200m indoor time of the season in 26.11… Ran best indoor 400m of collegiate career in 58.73 in the prelims of the NEC Indoor Championships (2/11/12)…  Helped the 4x100m relay team to a time of 49.0 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (4/14/12)… Placed sixth with the 4x400m relay team at the NEC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:57.97 (5/5/12)… 

2010-11: As a sophomore, posted all indoor season bests at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships. Ran times of 26.31 and 59.03 in the 200m and 400m, respectively, and had a long jump of 4.65m (1/28/11)… Helped the Knights’ 4x400m relay team place fifth at the NEC Indoor Championships with a time of 4:02.14 (2/12/11)… Had a breakout outdoor season with personal records in five different events… At the Monmouth Season Opener, ran the 800m in 2:27.14 (3/25/11)… Turned in personal bests in the long jump (5.09m) and the 200m (25.41) at the FDU Knight Classic (4/9/11)… Ran the 100m in 12.49 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (4/15/11)… Posted a 57.80 finish in the 400m at the Princeton Larry Ellis Invitational (4/23/11)…

2009-10: Spent freshman indoor season running the 200m, 400m and as a member of the 4x400m relay and 4,000m Distance Medley teams… Posted a season-best 200m time of 26.38 at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games (2/12/10)… Placed third in the 400m with a 59.08 finish at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships (2/20/10)… Had an indoor 400m best time of 57.87 at the NYU Fastrack Invite (2/26/10)…  In the outdoor season, improved 200m time to 25.88 at the Fairleigh Dickinson Classic (4/10/10)…  Finished seventh in the NEC Outdoor Championships for the 400m with a time of 57.98 (5/1/10)… 

Pleasantville: Ran track and field for Coach Alan Laws, Sr... Picked up six varsity letters as a sprinter... Earned All-Conference, All-County and All-State recognition as a junior and senior in the 400...

Personal: Daughter of Lord Shabazz and Owoidighe Coleman... Majoring in Political Science.
