2018 Outdoor: Named to the All-NEC Second Team after earning a second-place finish in the discus at NEC Championships with a final mark 41.59 meters. 

2018 Indoor:  Competed in shot put and weight throw...Set a new personal best in the shot put at the NYC Gotham Cup with a mark of 14.50 meters...earned first place overall at Fordham Opener,  Knight Indoor Classic, Wagner Invite, and NYC Gotham Cup...Took third place in weight throw at NEC Championships with a mark of 16.32 meters...

2017 Outdoor: Threw the discus, hammer and shot put … Won the discus event at the Towson Invitational (4/15) with a mark of 43.90m … Qualified for the ECAC Championships (5/12) in the discus and finished seventh there with a season-best mark of 45.29m – second-best in the NEC … Finished runner-up at the Northeast Conference Championships with a 44.26m effort in the discus … Was also second at North Florida (4/8) … Also in the discus, was third at Winthrop (3/24) and fifth at both High Point (3/17) and Princeton (3/21) … Was fourth in the shot put at the NEC Championships with a mark of 12.42m … High finish of third in the shot put at Winthrop and had a season-best mark of 13.55m at High Point … Set a new PR in the hammer at the NEC Championships (36.90m) … Had the five best marks on the squad in both the shot put and discus …

2016-17 Indoor: Second Team All-Northeast Conference in the shot put after finishing second at the NEC Championships (2/17) … Qualified for the ECAC Championships (3/3) in the shot put, finished eighth there … Won in the shot put at three different meets; Fordham (12/2), FDU (12/4) and Albany (1/14) … Set a new PR in the both the shot put (14.07m, Fastrack) and in the weight throw (15.40m, Fastrack) … The 14.07m mark in the shot put was the second-furthest in the NEC during the season … Did not finish any lower than eighth at any meet in the shot put … Was second at Fordham and fifth at the Metropolitan Championships (2/3) in the weight throw … Had the top five throws in the shot put … Season-best of 14.07m was second-best in the NEC during the season …

2016 Outdoor: First Team All-NEC in the discus … Defended title in discus at the Northeast Conference Championships (5/8) … Won in the discus three times — NEC, Wagner and NJIT … Won the shot put at Wagner (4/13) … Set new PR in the shot put at 13.65m at High Point (4/2) … Also scored points for the Knights at the NEC Championships in the shot put by finishing in 6th … Hit ECAC qualifying mark in the discus six times … Finished in the top 10 in the discus four other occasions outside of winning three times … 

2015-16 Indoor: NEC Academic Honor Roll (min 3.2 GPA) student … Competed in the shot put and weight throw … Set new personal bests in both disciplines … Posted a 13.55m in the shot put at Boston Univ. (1/30) for a new PR … Threw a 13.98m in the weight throw at the NYC Metro Championships (2/5) to set a new PR … Finished 11th in the shot put and 13th in the weight throw at the Northeast Conference Championships (2/20) … Finished 2nd at the Sean Atkinson Invite (1/15) in the weight throw … 

2015 Outdoor: Member of the NEC's Spring Academic Honor Roll (Min. 3.2 GPA) ... Made First Team All-NEC in the Discus and All-Rookie Team in the Shot Put and Discus … Threw the Discus, Hammer and Shot Put for Fairleigh Dickinson at seven meets … Opened the season with a pair of 15th place finishes in the Shot Put and Discus at the Wake Forest Open (3/21) … Won the Discus competition at the Towson Invitational (3/29) with a distance of 41.25m … Also finished 3rd in the Shot Put—12.45m—at Towson … Won the Discus at the Ramapo Invitational (4/4) with a distance of 41.25m and finished 2nd in the Shot Put with an 11.65m toss … Finished 4th in the Shot Put—12.26m—and 3rd in the Discus—40.46m—at North Carolina A&T (4/11) … Also at NCA&T, set a new season-best in the Hammer with a 33.75m effort … Set a season-best distance in the Shot Put with a 13.08m toss at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/18) and finished 5th … Finished 4th in the Discus with a distance of 44.20m … Registered an 11.95m best in the Shot Put at the Penn Relays (4/23) and finished 45th … Won the Northeast Conference Title in the Discus with a 45.81m effort and finished 5th in the Shot Put with a mark of 12.64m--5th in the NEC … Finished 14th at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/17) with a 48.59m--best in the NEC.
 
2014-15 Indoor: Competed at nine meets for the Knights in the Shot Put and the Weight Throw … Started the year with a 3rd place finish—11.83m—in the Shot Put and a 5th place finish—11.64m—in the Weight Throw at the Christmas Classic (12/5) … Finished 6th in the Shot Put—11.19m—at the Knight indoor Classic (12/7) … Was 2nd in the Shot Put—11.31m—and 4th in the Weight Throw—12.67m—at the Knights Indoor Classic #2 (1/10) … Threw 11.62m in the Shot Put at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16) and finished 13th … Was also 13th at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23) in the Shot Put … Finished 24th in the Shot Put and 31st in the Weight Throw at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Invitational (1/31) … Threw a season-best 13.63m in the Weight Throw and finished 8th in the Weight Throw at the NYC Metro Championships (2/6) … Also finished 6th in the Shot Put at Metros … Finished 8th in the Weight Throw at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Open (2/14) … Threw a season-best 12.35m in the Shot Put at the Northeast Conference Championships (2/22) and finished 7th … Also at NECs, finished  23rd in the Weight Throw.
