Biography
2013: Named Team MVP after breaking and re-breaking her 5K personal record on two different occassions... First Knight to finish in all seven meets... Started the year with a personal record time in the 5K of time of 19:59, which was good enough for a 19th-place finish... The following meet at the Monmouth Invitational (9/21) she topped her previous personal record in the 5K with a time of 19:51.73, worthy of a 10th-place finish... At the Metropolitan Championships (10/11), she smashed her 5K personal record by almost 30 seconds witha  time of 19:22, good enough for a 19th-place finish (out of 124)... At the Northeast Conference Championships (11/2), finished 15th (out of 71) with a time of 20:23... One of five Knights to qualify for the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, where she ran a 6K time of 24:49... Named to NEC Academic Honor Roll (3.20 GPA or higher)...
2012: FDU’s top finisher in five out of six events… Began season at the Bryant Invite in 20:48.5 (9/8)… Set a then-personal record in the 5k with a time of 19:56.49 to take 45th place at the Ted Owen Invitational (9/22)… Set a new personal record at the Highlander Classic with a 19:30.37 effort to place 21st (10/7)… FDU’s top finisher at the CCSU Mini Meet 3k in 11:39.89 (10/19)… Closed out season by taking 66th at the NEC in 20:20.03 (10/27)…Â
2011: Placed in the top two on the team in each of the first five races… Finished first among FDU competitors at the season-opening Fordham Invitational with a time of 22:00.63 (9/10)… Ran to a second-place finish on the team at the Ted Owen CCSU Invitational in 21:17 (9/24)… Set a new personal-best time of 20:43.4 at the UAlbany Invitational to pace the squad (10/15)…
2010: Finished in FDU’s top two in four of her five events as a freshman… Turned in a time of 21:52.43, good for second on the team at the Fordham University Fiasco (9/11)… Again took second among Knight competitors at the Central Connecticut State Ted Owens Invitational with a time of 20:39 (9/25)… Capped rookie season with personal record time of 20:32.8 at the NEC Championships (10/30)...
