FDU Knights Athletics

2012 (Cross Country): Captured third on the team on two occasions in final season… Broke the 22-minute mark three times… Posted a 21:42.92 time at the Ted Owen Invitational (9/22)… Set a personal record at the Highlander Classic with a 21:14.52 finish to take home 56th place overall (10/7)… FDU’s third finisher at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 21:59.59 in the 5k (10/27)… 

2011 (Cross Country): Kicked off senior campaign by finishing third on the team at the Fordham Invitational (9/10)… Improved on times in each of the first three races, placing third on the team in each… Posted a season-best time of 23:45.9 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/15)… Helped the Knights take 11th place at the Northeast Conference Championships in final career race (10/28)…

2010: Did not compete…

2009 (Cross Country): Placed fourth on team at the Fordham University Fiasco by finishing in 24:01.14 (9/12)… Again took fourth among FDU competitors in the 6k at the Princeton Invitational with a time of 30:29.1 (10/17)… Set a personal record time of 23:15.6 at the NEC Championships in Hamden, CT (10/31)...

Fort Lee: Participated in cross country, soccer and indoor and outdoor track and field... Competed for Coach Paul Jayson in cross country and indoor track... Coached by Demba Mayne in outdoor track... As a senior, captained her cross country and track and field teams... Two-year captain of the soccer team... Earned the Nicholas J. Revello Award in 2008... 

Personal: Born June 12, 1990... Daughter of Jeffrey and Beatrice Adler... Both parents attended FDU... Has an older brother, Adam... Graduated in May 2012 with a Communications degree... Currently working toward a master's degree in Communications.
