2008: In her first season as a Knight, posted a .327 slugging percentage, playing in 39 games... Second on the team with four doubles... Pushed two runs across the plate at Columbia (4/15).... Went 3-for-7 in a doubleheader at St. Joseph’s (4/23), with two runs scored and a home run... Had a 2-for-2 effort vs. St. Francis PA (4/26), with a home run... West Branch: As a freshman, earned 2004 Second Team All-NBC and Gatorade Rookie of the Year... Named to the NBC First Team three times... Three-time Second Team All-Northeastern Ohio District... 2006 Gatorade Player of the Year... All-State Honorable Mention and First Team All- District in 2007... Personal: Competed on the Maddogs summer travel team for eight years... Has one sister, Danette, who played softball at Ohio Dominican... Plans to major in Fine Arts... Born to Gary and Kathy Benedict on July 18, 1989.
