2012-2013: Set personal bests in both the indoor and outdoor 800m… Set the indoor personal best of 1:57.25 at the NEC Indoor Championships (2/9/13)… Set his outdoor personal best of 1:57.17 at the NEC Outdoor Championships (5/4/13). 

2011-12: During the indoor season, competed in the 4,000m Distance Medley and the 800m… Posted a season-best indoor 800m time of 2:01.19 at the NEC Championships (2/11/12)… Set a new personal record in the 800m during outdoor season with a time of 1:58.13 at the Colonial Relays (4/5/12)… 

2010-11: Spent time competing in the mile, 800m and relays… Improved in the mile in each of FDU’s first three indoor meets building up to a season-best time of 4:35.84 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/14/11)… Had a season-best time of 1:58.98 in the 800m at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/28/11)… Dropped nine seconds off time in 800m from April to May with a time of 1:59.31 at the NEC Outdoor Championships (5/7/11)… 

CJD Rostock: Competed in Track and Field for Head Coach Klaus-Peter Weippert... Best times in high school included 1:53.70 in the 800m, 49.56 in the 400m, 3:59 in the indoor 1,500m and 8:51.34 in the indoor 3,000m...
