FDU Knights Athletics

Jessie Gaines enters her first season as a volunteer assistant coach with the FDU track and field program. The Chesapeake, Virginia native lettered for four years at LIU-Brooklyn. 

Gaines was a standout on the Blackbirds track and field team during her time at LIU-Brooklyn. She was named Most Valuable Performer at the 2011 NEC Outdoor Championships, 2011 NEC Indoor Championships, 2010 NEC Outdoor Championsiphs. Also named Most Outstanding Field Performer and Track Performer twice at NEC Championships.
