2016-17: First-Team All-Conference Doubles… Jean Armstrong (MSM): 6-3, 6-3… Beat Florian Meyer of Temple 0-6, 6-4… 7-5 win over Bryant’s Artur Jakubowski and Michael Plutt in NEC semifinals… With Carvalho, they finished with a 4-1 mark in the NEC as well as a 12-13 record overall… In singles competition, Garnel finished 2-4 in the NEC and 12-13 overall while mostly competing in NO.5.

2015-16: Second Team All-NEC at No. 2 Doubles … Led the team in singles wins with 15 (15-10 record) … 4-3 at No. 4 singles and 5-3 at No. 5 singles … Tied for team lead with 13 doubles wins (13-7) … Teamed with Carvalho to win nine times in doubles … Went 8-2 in last 10 singles matches to close the season -- winning three straight -- and ended the year by going 8-2 in final 10 doubles matches …

2014-15: Named First Team All-NEC at No. 5 Singles … Finished with a 9-14, 2-1 singles record and a 6-10, 0-2 doubles record … Opened the season by going 4-2 in the first six matches … Got NEC wins against Alex Bosch of St. Francis Brooklyn in straight sets and against Karan Narula of Sacred Heart in three sets … Beat Marc Adams of St. Francis Brooklyn 6-0, 6-0 in the first round of the NEC Championships (4/17) and beat Max Vogt of Bryant in the Championship Match (4/19)—both wins came at No. 5 … Had back-to-back victories with Arnaud Gonzalo against Fairfield (2/20) and Saint Peter’s (2/25) … Won three of four to close the season with partner Adam Chan, including matches against St. Francis Brooklyn and Saint Francis U in the NEC Championships.

2013-14: Named First Team All-Northeast Conference at No. 6 singles and Second Team All-NEC at No. 3 doubles with teammate Julien Philippe... Came on strong down the stretch, winning four of his last five matches, including a pair of victories in the NEC Tournament - dropping just two games in the process - highlighted by a 6-2, 6-0 victory in the championship match against Bryant (4/19)... Won four matches in singles, including a 4-2 mark at No. 6, and a 2-1 NEC record before the conference tournament... Won six doubles matches, including four in a row and five of six to end the year... Finished 1-2 in NEC play but claimed three victories in the conference tournament... Named to NEC All-Academic Team (3.20 GPA or higher)...
