- Appointed Special Assistant to the Athletic Director in Dec. 2023
- Arrived at FDU as a high school senior, assisting on men's and women's basketball and softball gamedays in a variety of roles, including official replay review operator, timeout coordinator (TOC) and public address announcer
- With the Knights, Sarnoff is responsible for all athletic media relations, external brand management and content standards in addition to release and story writing, record keeping, website maintenance and gameday operations
- Negotiated FDU's basketball broadcast agreement with the YES Network for the 2023-24 season... deal was first television agreement in FDU history
- During the sports hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, assisted in content creation and numerous social media series, working alongside marketing and the then-communications graduate assistants
- As a freshman (2020-21) served as primary contact for women's bowling and men's soccer while producing/directing NEC Front Row broadcasts of men's and women's basketball and women's volleyball
- Led the media efforts resulting in New York City area coverage for the 2021 NEC women's bowling champions and their trip to the NCAA tournament in Kansas City, Mo.
- Named to the lead sports information role in July 2021 becoming the youngest NCAA Division I men's basketball primary contact at age 19
- Spearheaded efforts to change FDU's athletic identity to the streamlined "FDU" with television and broadcast partners
- Worked alongside Director of Athletics Brad Hurlbut and Senior Associate Athletic Director/COO Jason Young to modernize the Department's logo and visual presence/branding with VPCo., culminating with the marks' release in July 2023
- Responsible for all contest communications needs including event staffing, liaison to TV production, timing and scoring and in-event technological needs
- From 2021-23 served as primary contact for softball and men's and women's tennis, in addition to the above-mentioned programs
- Served as host media coordinator for numerous NEC championships including men's and women's basketball and the 2022 NEC men's soccer final
- Led FDU media and content operations for the historic men's basketball run in the 2023 NCAA men's basketball tournament, earning recognition for his work at a young age, including being featured during the Knights' Second Round matchup against Florida Atlantic [below]

- Manage the athletic media relations budget and procure grants from the NEC and other sources
- Appointed Fort Lee's first-ever Sports Information Director in September 2016 as a freshman in high school
- Served as public address announcer for all home athletic contests and special events while creating and operating the Bridgemen's social media presence on Twitter and Instagram, in addition to building meaningful relationships with local stakeholders including sponsors, fans, media members and league/conference and state association officials
- Tabbed to be the Super Football Conference's "Social Media Coordinator" in 2018 and 2019
- Worked alongside Director of Athletics Mike Raftery to improve branding around District facilities, implement a first-of-its-kind gameday environment and was heavily involved in scheduling, facility management, game operations, budgeting and staffing
- Named to the first-ever class of the NJSIAA Student Ambassadors, a role held from 2018-2020; Sarnoff was the only non-student-athlete on the panel, intended to be an advisory group to the state interscholastic athletic governing body from the students' perspective
