Biography

2020-21
  • Started seven of the eight matches played in the fall-to-spring season
  • Scored his lone goal of the season on March 15 at LIU
  • Named to the 2020-21 NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll (min. 3.20 GPA)
2019-20
  • Earned three starts and appeared in 16 games as a forward
  • Netted a goal in a 3-1 win over Gonzaga (9/8) and a 2-1 victory against NJIT (9/17)
  • Recorded 13 shot attempts on the year and attempted five shots on goal
2018-19
  • Appeared in five games, making three starts.
Prior to FDU
  • Earned six international caps for the Guyana U17 National team and is a current captain of the national team
  • Ferreira has two goals and three assists in international play combining the 2016 CONCACAF Qualifiers and the 2017 Paul Chilean Tournament
  • Ferreira moved from Guyana to New York City for school, where he graduated from Teachers Preparatory High School
  • He led his NYCSL U19 D2 team, Progressive Youths, to win the league title in 2016, scoring 10 goals and assisting five more that season
  • Academically, he was an honor roll student, graduated as valedictorian and earned honors in science, social studies and visual arts.
