Kyle came to Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus in July 2009 upon receiving a Master's Degree in Advance Athletic Training from LIU Brooklyn.

While at The Sports Club/LA New York on the Upper East Side, Kyle worked with both professional and collegiate athletes, though the focus of his efforts was the general population.

In 2007, Kyle accepted a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer position at Long Island University-Brooklyn campus,  studying Advanced Athletic Training.

Kyle's focus throughout his experiences has been to approach the Strength and Conditioning field through the Athletic Training field, and visa-versa, in an effort to assure the proper coordination of both fields to achieve each athletes' maximum athletic potential.
