2016 Outdoor: Ran at seven meets in both individual events and relays … Had the third and fifth fastest times in the 800m and the fifth fastest time in the 400m for the Knights … Member of the four-of-the-five fastest 4x400 relay teams for FDU … Hit IC4A times in the 400 and 800m … Set new PRs in 200m, 400m and 800m … The new PR in the 200m is a 22.64 — set at High Point (4/2) … Also clocked a new PR in the 400m at High Point with a 48.54 — finished 4th … Turned in a 1:52.56 at Princeton (4/23) in the 800m for a new PR … Finished 4th at the NEC Championships (5/8) in the 800m … Ran the 800m at the IC4A Championships (5/15) and finished in 29th in a time of 1:53.97 … 

2015-16 Indoor: Competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 1000m, 4x400, 4x800 and the DMR during the indoor season … Set new personal bests in the 600m, 800m, and 1000m … Finished 4th in the 800m at the NEC Championships (2/20) in a time of 1:54.38 — personal best … Finished 3rd in the 800m at both the NYC Metros (2/5) and the Gotham Cup (1/22) as well … Clocked a season-best time in the 400m at the John Thomas Terrier Invite (1/30) in a time of 49.74 … Member of the 4x400 team that won the NEC title for FDU …

2015 Cross Country: Ran at five events for Fairleigh Dickinson … Opened season with a 17:55 (70th) in the 5k at the Nassaney Invitational at Bryant (9/12) … Had a season-best finish of 48th (29:36.1) in an 8k at the Northeast Conference Championships (10/30) … Best time in an 8k came at the Princeton Invitational (10/17) with a 29:24 … 

2015 Outdoor: Appeared at eight meets for Fairleigh Dickinson while competing in the 200, 400 and 800-meter and the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays … At Wake Forest (3/21), made only appearance in the 200 and posted a 22.77, finished 11th in the 400 in 48.77 and helped the Knights finish 9th and 11 in the 4x100 and the 4x400 relays respectively … Won the 800 at Towson (3/29) in a time of 2:01.55 and part of the winning 4x400 relay—3:24.42 … Member of the 4x800 team that finished 5th at Ramapo (4/4) … Finished 5th in the 400 in a time of 49.21 and 2nd as member of the 4x400 relay at North Carolina A&T (4/11) … Took 2nd as member of the 4x400 relay at the Northeast Conference Championships (5/3) in a time of 3:14.59 … Finished 5th in the 400 in a season-best time of 48.75—also and outdoor career-best—at NECs … Member of the 4x400 relay who finished 10th at IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/17). 

2014-15 Indoor: Competed at 10 meets for the Knights and ran in the 400-meter, 500-meter, 800-meter, 4x400 and 4x800 relays … Opened the season with a fourth place in the 500 (1:07.50) at the Christmas Classic … Helped the Knights win the 4x400 and 4x800 at the Knight Indoor Classic … Ran a 50.94 in the 400 at the NYC Gotham Cup .. Improved to a 49.98 at the Metro Team Challenge in the 400 and helped the Knights finish 10th in the 4x400 … Helped the Knights win the 4x400 at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Open with a 3:22.76 … Scored points for the Knights with a 4th finish in the 400 at the Northeast Conference Championships … Finished third as part of the 4x400 relay at the NEC Championships. 

2014 Cross Country: Competed in six meets for Fairleigh Dickinson ... Opened the season with a 31:50.8 and a 57th place finish in the 5-mile at the Fordham Fiasco (9/6) ... Better the time in the 5-mile at the NTC Metropolitan Championships (10/10) to a 31:15.3 and finished 99th ... Ran a season-best time in the 8K at the Princeton Invitational (10/18) with a 29:21.0 ... Finished 54th at the Northeast Conference Championships (11/1) in a time of 29:43.8. 

2014 Outdoor: Ran in the 400-meter, 800-meter, 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays at nine meets for the Knights … Opened the season with a sixth place finish (49.28) in the 400 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (3/15/14) … Member of the 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams that finished seventh and fourth at Coastal Carolina … Ran a 50.17 in the 400 and finished 20th at the Wake Forest Open … Part of the 4x100 team that finished sixth in a time of 42.56 … Finished second in the 800 (2:00.61) at the FDU Knight Classic … Was fifth in the 400 at the Sam Howell Invitational in a time of 48.81 … Helped the Knights win the 4x400 relay at the TCNJ Invitational (3:16.58) … As an individual, finished second in the 400 with a 48.80, which was a season-best, at TCNJ … Finished 13th at the Morgan State Legacy Track and Field Meet in the 400 … Part of the 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams that each finished third at the Northeast Conference Championships … Was 10th in prelims in the 400 as an individual at NECs … Was 27th at the IC4A/ECAC Championships in the 400 (48.96) and finished 16th as part of the 4x400 team. 

2013-14 Indoor: Ran in eight meets for the Knights, competing in the 400-meter, 500-meter, 600-meter, 4x400-relay and 1600-sprint medley … Finished fourth (51.60) at the Fordham Season Opener (12/6/13) in the 400 … Was second in the 600 (1:26.04) at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/8/13) … Ran the 500 at the NYC Gotham Cup and finished 23rd in 1:07.11 … Also at the NYC Gotham Cup, was a member of the 4x400 relay that finished seventh (3:21.34) … Recorded third place finishes in the 400 and the 1600SMR at the Saturday Night Shootout (1/18/14) … Was fifth in the 400 at the Metro Championships (1/31/14) with a time of 49.78 and was a member of the 4x400 relay that finished sixth … Qualified sixth and moved up to fourth in the finals with a time of 50.16 at the NEC Championships (2/9/14) … Helped the Knights secure a third place finish in the 4x400 at the NEC Championships as well … Finished third as a member of the 4x400 at the 2014 Millrose Games (2/15/14) … Ran a season-best, 48.50, in the 400 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (3.9.14) to a 13th place finish … Also at IC4A/ECAC’s, finished 17th as part of the 4x400 relay. 

2013 Cross Country: Competed in five events during freshman season... Ran a collegiate personal-record time of 31:02 in his debut at the Fordham Fiasco (9/7)... Produced a 5K time of 17:38 at the CCSU Mini Meet... Competed at the Northeast Conference Championships and finished the 8K course in 31:49...
