2016 Cross Country: Ran at four meets – all different lengths (3k, 5 mile, 8k, 10k) … Had a best finish of 39th at the Northeast Conference Championships (10/28) in a time of 31:39.2 … Ran at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals and finished the 10k course in 37:33 …

2016 Outdoor: Competed at four meets … Ran the 1500m twice, 3000m steeplechase once and the threw the javelin once … Had a season- and personal-best 4:22.43 — second-fast on FDU this season — in the 1500m at the Hampton Relays (4/16) … Clocked a 10:24.28 in the steeplechase at the season-opening Wake Forest Open (3/19) … Helped the Knights finish 7th in the 4x800 relay (8:10.23) at the Northeast Conference Championships (5/8) … 

2015-16 Indoor: Ran at eight meets for Fairleigh Dickinson in the mile four times, three times with the DMR and once in the 3000m … In the mile, set a new personal best three times and ended the season with a new best of 4:40.81 in the prelims of the Northeast Conference Championships (2/20) … Set a new PR in the 3000m with a 9:29.88 at Villanova (1/8) … Member of the DMR that finished 11th at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational (1/30), 7th at the NEC Championships and 21st at the IC4A Championships (3/6) … 

2015 Cross Country: Competed in all eight meets for the Knights … Had a best finish of 44th (28:27.0) at the Northeast Conference Championships (10/30) … The 28:27 was the junior’s best time in his career at the NEC Championship meet … Bettered time at Princeton Invitational by almost two minutes to 28:45 (finished 139th) from last season … Had a best time in an 8k of 27:57.1 at the Rider Invitational (9/19) … Ran at NCAA Regionals (11/13) in the 10k and clocked a 36:24.3 … 

2015 Outdoor:  Made six appearances for the Knights while competing in the 1500, 3000 Steeplechase and 5000-meter and the 4x800 relay … Made only appearance in the 5000 at the Wake Forest open (3/21) and logged a 16:28.21 … Won the 1500 at Towson (3/29) in a time of 8:37.58 … Set a new collegiate-best of 4:23.71 in the 1500 at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/18) … Finished 9th in the Steeplechase at the Northeast Conference Championships (5/3) in a time of 10:29.31. 

2014-15 Indoor: Competed in the Mile, 1000, 3000, 5000-meter and the 4x800 and DMR at seven meets for the Knights … Opened the season by running a 4:49.30 mile at the Christmas Classic (12/5) … Helped the Knights finish 4th in the 4x800 at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/7) … Finished 5th in the 5000 at the Knights Indoor Classic in a time of 16:58.68—season best time… Finished 33rd in the 3000 at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23) in a time of 9:34.76 … Ran a season-best time of 9:32.51 in the 3000 at the NYC Metro Championships (2/6) … Helped the Knights finish 8th in the DMR at the Northeast Conference Championships (2/22). 

2014 Cross Country: Ran at five meets for the Knights ... Opened the season with a 33:44.7 in the 8K at the CCSU Ted Owen Invitational (9/27) ... Finished the 5-mile at the NYC Metro Championships in a time of 32:44.0 ... Ran a 30:17.0 at the Princeton Invitational (10/18) ... Finished 110th in the 5K at the CCSU Mini Meet in a time of 17:39.7 ... Clocked a season-best time of 29:24.8 and finished 52nd at the Northeast Conference Championships (11/1). 

2014 Outdoor: Did not compete for Fairleigh Dickinson.  

2013-14 Indoor: Made only appearance in the 1,000 and clocked a 2:50.31 at the Saturday Night Shootout (1/18). 

2013 Cross Country: Competed in six events during his freshman campaign... Finished the 8K race at the Metropolitan Championships (10/11) with a collegiate personal-record time of 31:15... Crossed the finish line in 31:45.64 at the Monmouth Invitational (9/21)... Produced a time of 17:45 at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/25).
