Burgundy and Blue
Burgundy and Blue is the official fundraising organization of Fairleigh Dickinson University Division I Athletics. Burgundy and Blue is an umbrella organization unifying each of the Knights' 12 individual sport booster clubs in much the same way that the NCAA oversees and unifies conferences.
Burgundy and Blue is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of the 12 individual sport booster club presidents as well as the Director of Athletics, Associate Athletics Director / SWA and select individuals with athletic and university affiliations. Any person who makes a contribution to Fairleigh Dickinson University and designates such contribution to the BBC or to any sports organization recognized by Fairleigh Dickinson University shall become a member of the BBC for the fiscal year during which such contribution is made.
During the course of each fiscal year, the BBC may actively solicit contributions from all Teaneck/Rutherford Athletic Alumni and members of affiliated booster clubs. Contributions to the BBC shall have the opportunity to designate part or all of their contribution to any affiliated organization recognized by the BBC, to any sport organization recognized by Fairleigh Dickinson University or to the BBC General Fund. Any contribution received in response to the BBC solicitation which contains no designation shall be considered designated to the BBC General Fund.  Sport organizations recognized by the Fairleigh Dickinson University Athletic Department will be allocated funds from the General Fund, which were raised during the preceding fiscal year.

The day-to-day affairs of the BBC will be administered by a salaried Director, serving as a member of the professional staff of Fairleigh Dickinson University. Appointment of the Director will be made by the Director of Athletics. The Director of the BBC will be the Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs. The Director will be responsible for carrying out the policies of the Board of Directors.
