2021-22
  • Appeared in nine tournaments as a junior, scoring an average of 5.17 over par.
  • Finished t-9th with a score of 144 at the Ryan T. Lee Invitational.
  • Finished t-9th with a score of 212 at the Hartford Hawks Invitational.
  • Finished t-25th with a score of 229 at the Golden Horseshoe Collegiate.  
Prior to FDU
  • Spencer was ranked ninth in South Africa U19 this past year and graduated high school from Bishops Diocesan College in Cape Town.
  • In 2018, he earned two first place finishes, winning the Nomads Inland National Order of Merit and the IMG Junior Worlds Qualifier.
  • Spencer placed ninth at the 2017 Joburg Junior Open by playing rounds of 71 and 70, and he earned eighth place at the 2019 Northern Amateur Championship, turning in scores of 71, 69, 68 and 71 in the four-round tournament.
  • Spencer has previously climbed to as high as 2100 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings.
