2020-21: Sherman, the 2021 Northeast Conference Tournament Most Valuable Player, heated up in the right moments during the unique 2020-21 season. Over the course of the three-day NEC Tournament, Sherman filled 95.5 percent of her Baker frames and 93.3 percent of her frames in traditional play. Named to the NEC All-Tournament Team, she bowled a total of 50 strikes between the two scoring formats to help power the Knights to their fifth NEC Tournament championship.

2019-20: Led the Knights in total frames rolled in her junior campaign with 895 completed frames ... Averaged 19.48 pins per frame, an average overall fill of 84.5 percent, 398 strikes, 363 spares, and a first ball average of 8.88 pins ... In baker action, she improved her average from a season ago with a 19.54 pins per frame average ... Rolled 273 strikes, including 66 strikes in 131 total frames at the Griffen Classic ... Converted 71.9 percent of her spares over the course of baker play and a 91.9 percent single pin spare conversions ... In traditional action, she rolled 293 frames and averaged 19.34 pins per frame ... At the Northeast Invitational, she rolled a season-best average of 22.80 pins per frame and had an overall fill percentage of 92.

2018-19: A First Team All-NEC selection as a sophomore ... Averaged 19.53 pins per frame in conference matches and filled 85.4 percent of her frames, striking on 43.6 percent of her attempts ... Led the Knights in NEC play by converting 74.2 percent of her spares, including 82 percent of her makeable spares ... Totaled the most strikes with 549 of any Knight over the course of the season ... Led the team with a 84.9 fill percentage while averaging 19.42 pins per frame ... Advanced to the quarterfinals of the USBC Singles Championships in Dayton, Ohio ... Rolled a season-best individual score of 258 to help the Knights defeat Sacred Heart for Coach LoPresti's 1,400th career victory ... Named to the NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll.

2017-18: Filled 75 percent of her frames and averaged 18.07 pins per frame in NEC matches in her first season with the Knights ... Recorded strikes on 44.1 percent of her throws in NEC matches ... Named to the NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll.

Prior to Fairleigh Dickinson: 2016 NJ.com Bowler of the Year ... Helped Jackson to a New Jersey Group IV State Championship in 2015 and the 2014 New Jersey Central Sectional title ... Individual Champion in 2015 ... In 2016, recorded an average of 210 and has a career-best of a 299 ... Fiinished 40th at the 2015 Junior Gold Championships in Chicago and had the second highest average in the state of New Jersey as a junior ...
