2020-21: Henderson, the 2020-21 NEC Bowler of the Year, was dominant during the season. A two-time NEC Co-Bowler of the Week, she was at or near the top of the conference leaders in almost every statistical category this season. Henderson completed 433 frames as of 3/28. Henderson bowled 218 strikes this season and converted 77.7 percent of her spare attempts through the end of the NEC Tournament with 167 spares on 215 attempts. In the anchor spot (tenth frame), she excelled filling an even 88 percent of her tenth frames in competition this year in her 133 attempts from that position. Henderson was named to the 2020-21 First Team All-Conference.

2019-20: Earned NEC Bowler of the Week honors (1/22) after being named to the Northeast Invitational All-Tournament Team after knocking down at least 190.5 pins in all five matches ... In Baker action, the junior averaged 19.10 pins per frame and an average of 8.88 pins per the first frame ... Recorded 225 strikes and 184 spares in baker play ... In traditional action, she completed 357 frames, averaging 20.22 pins per frame and an average of 9.01 pins on the first throw ... The junior totaled 137 strikes and 133 total spares in traditional play ... Her strike percentage was 45.3 in baker and 46.8 in traditional ... In the Northeast Invitational, Henderson recorded her highest frame average of the season of 22.19 and rolled 30 strikes in traditional action.

2018-19: Earned NEC Bowler of the Week honors (3/20) after earning Tournament MVP and leading the Knights to a second-place finish at the Northeast Ender ... Averaged 248.3 pins per game in three traditional matches ... Filled 81 percent of frames and averaged 19.28 pins per frame with a 46.9 strike percentage over the entire season ... Totaled 291 strikes during the season ... Rolled a season-best individual game of 266 to help the Knights defeat UAB at the Kutztown Invitational (1/19) ... Named to the NEC Winter Commissioner's Honor Roll (min. 3.75 GPA).

2017-18: Filled 76.9 percent of her frames and recorded an averaged of 18.43 pins per frame while striking at a 41.9 percent clip in NEC matches as a freshman ... Named to the NEC Winter Commissioner's Honor Roll (min. 3.75 GPA).

Prior to Fairleigh Dickinson: Twice been named female junior bowler of the year by the Express Times ... Led Warren Hills to a New Jersey North Sectional Group III championship in 2016 ...  Also a first team all-conference performer and averaged a 209 in 2016 ... Helped Warren Hills win first Tournament of Champions title in school history in 2017.
