2016 Outdoor: Competed at four different meets for the Knights … Won the 400m at Wagner (4/13) in a time of 51.30 — season-best time … Finished 19th in the prelims of the 400m at the Northeast Conference Championships (5/8) … 

2015-16 Indoor: Ran in just the first two events on the season —Fordham (12/4) and Knight Indoor Classic (12/6) — in the 600m and the 4x400 … Clocked a 1:27.44 in the 600m at the Knight Indoor Classic … Helped the 4x400 team finished second there as well … Member of the seventh-place finishing 4x400 team at Fordham …

2015 Cross Country: Competed in two meets for the Knights … Opened the season at the Nassaney Invitational (9/12) with a time of 22:27 in the 5k … Crossed the line in a time of 20:58.3 in the 3k at the CCSU Mini Meet in the 3k. 

2015 Outdoor: Made appearances at three meets for the Knights in the 400 and 800-meter and the 4x800 relay … Opened the season at the Wake Forest Open (3/21) and ran a 2:09.02 in the 800 … Clocked a 2:14.87 in the 800 at Ramapo (4/4) … Ran the 400 in the prelims of the Northeast Conference Championships (5/2) and was 30th with a 55.22 … Helped the Knights finish 8th in the 4x800 at the NECs. 

2014-15 Indoor: Ran at six meets plus the IC4A/ECAC Championships while competing in the 400, 500, 600-meter, 4x400 and 4x800 relays for the Knights … Started the season off with a 10th place finish in the 500 in a time of 1:09.80 at the Christmas Classic (2/5/14) … Helped the Knights finish 4th in the 4x800 with a time of 9:31.51 at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/7/14) … Finished 22nd in the 600 at the Knight Indoor Classic in a time of 1:30.21 … Was 9th in the 500 at the Knights Indoor Classic #2 (1/10/15) with a time of 1:09.80 .. Recorded a 30th place finish at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23/15) in a time of 52.04 in the 400 … Ran a season-best time of 50.15 in the 400 at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Invitational (1/31/15) … Member of the 4x400 team that won (3:22.76) at the Monmouth Winter Open (2/14/15) … Helped the Knights score points in the 4x400 relay with a 3rd place finish (3/21/15) … Qualified for the finals at IC4A/ECAC Championships with a 3:15.51 in the prelims of 4x400 and finished 10th in the finals with a 3:20.07.

2014 Outdoor: Appeared at six meets and qualified for the ECAC/IC4A Championships while competing in the 400, 800-meter, 4x100 and 4x400 relays … Opened the season with a 33rd place finish (50.71) and a 60th place finish (2:14.79) in the 400 and 800 respectively at the Wake Forest Open (3/22/14) … Member of the 4x400 relay that finished 13th in a time of 3:26.61 at Wake as well … Finished 6th in the 400 at the FDU Knight Classic (3/29/14) in a time of 53.89 … Shaved a second off that time the next time out at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/5/14) and finished 46th … Helped the 4x400 team win the TCNJ Invitational (4/12/14) in a time of 3:16.58 … Part of the 4x100 team that ran a 42.36 in the prelims at the Penn Relays … Scored points at the NEC Championships (5/4/14) as a member of the 4x100 team that finished 8th in a time of 42.73 … Finished 18th in the prelims of the 400 in a time of 50.76 … At the ECAC/IC4A’s, part of the 4x100 team that finished 21st in the prelims with a time of 42.38. 

2013-14 Indoor: Ran at four meets for Fairleigh Dickinson while competing in the 400, 500, 600-meter, 4x400 and 1600SMR … Opened the season with a third place finish in the 600 at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/8/13) in a time of 1:26.07 … Also at the Knight Indoor Classic, member of the second place finishing (3:24.49) 4x400 team … Helped the 4x400 team to a then season-best time (3:21.34) at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/10/14) and finish seventh … Finished 53rd in the 500 in a time of 1:11.39 at the Gotham Cup as an individual … Member of the 1600SMR that finished third (3:35.62) at the Saturday Night Shootout (1/18/14) … Closed the season with a new best time in the 400 (51.72) while finishing 13th at the Metro Championships (1/31/14)
