2016 Outdoor: Ran the 800m, 1500m and threw the javelin over four meets … Clocked a season-best time of 2:15.10 in the 800m in the prelims of the Northeast Conference Championships (5/8) … Had a season-best finish of 4th in the 800m at Wagner (4/13) … Established a PR in the 1500 with a 4:33.41 at Wake Forest (3/19) …  

2015-16 Indoor: Ran in the 800m, 1000m and the Mile… Established a new personal-best in the 1000m with a 2:54.11 to finish 5th at Knight Indoor Classic (12/6) … Also set a new personal-best in the mile with a 4:52.60 at Villanova (1/8) … The 2:11.39 in the 800m at the NYC Metros (2/5) was also a new PR … Ran 24th in the prelims of the mile at the NEC Championships (2/20) … 

2015 Cross Country: Ran at seven of the eight meets for FDU … Opened the season with a 18:10 at the 5k at Nassaney Invitational (9/12) … Recorded a season-best time of 29:08.6 in the 8k at the Rider Invitational (9/19) … Had highest finish of the season—49th—at the Northeast Conference Championships (10/30) … Ran a 38:23.3 in the 10k at the NCAA Regional (11/13), which was host by Princeton. 

2015 Outdoor: Competed in the 800 and 1500-meter at four meets for Fairleigh Dickinson … Set a new personal-best in the 1500 at Wake Forest (3/20) in a time of 4:39.07 … Finished 4th in the 800 at Towson (3/29) in a time of 2:15.26 … Clocked a 4:40.72 at Ramapo (4/4) in the 1500 … Set a new personal-best in the 800 in the prelims of the 800 at the Northeast Conference Championships (5/2) in a time of 2:12.59.

2014-15 Indoor: Ran in six meets for the Knights while competing in the Mile, 1000-meter and the 4x800 relay … Started the season with a 29th place finish in the Mile at the Christmas Classic (12/5/14) in a time of 5:18.00 … Member of the 4x800 team that finished fourth in a time of 9:31.51 at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/7/14) … Finished 13th in the 1000 in a time of 3:04.74 at the Knight Indoor Class as well … Crossed the line in 6th in the Mile at the Knights Indoor Classic #2 (1/10/15) in a time of 5:09.81 … Ran a season-best time of 2:59.20 in the 1000 at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23/15) and finished 29th … Recorded a season-best time in the Mile at the NYC Metro Champs (2/6/15) with a 4:58.12 … Closed out the season with a ninth place finish at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Open (2/14/15) in a time of 3:00.75.

2014 Cross Country: Ran at all six meets for Fairleigh Dickinson ... Opened the season with a 59th place finish in a time of 32:41.5 in the 5-mile at the Fordham Fiasco (9/6) ... Clocked a 32:23.3 in the 8K at the CCSU Ted Owen Invitational (9/27) and finished 100th ... Bettered his 5-mile time to 32:16.4 at the MYC Metropolitan Championships (10/10) ... Ran a season-best time of 30:33.0 in the 8K at the Princeton Invitational (10/18) ... Finished 61st at the Northeast Conference Championships (11/1) in a time of 30:50.4. 

2014 Outdoor: Appeared twice for the Knights, both in the 800-meter … Had a season-best finish of 15th in the 800 at the FDU Knight Classic (3/29/14) with a time of 2:18.44 … Ran a season-best time of 2:15.07 in the 800 at the TCNJ Invitational (4/12/14). 

2013-14 Indoor: Ran the 600 and 800-meter at three meets for the Knights … Finished 15th in the 800 at the Fordham Season Opener (12/6/13) in a time of 2:20.60 (hand-timed) … Finished 30th in the 600 at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/8/13) in a time of 1:42.29 … Had a season-best time of 2:26.97 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/10/14) in the 800. 

2013 Cross Country: Participated in three events as a freshman... Ran an 8K time of 34:21 in his first collegiate race at the Metropolitan Championships (10/11)... Produced a 5K time of 18:32 at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/25)... Finished the 8K course at the Northeast Conference Championships in a time of 33:50.
