2018 Outdoor: NEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year...Defended her title in the 800 meters for the third straight season, earning gold with a final mark of 2:13.01 to end her outdoor career at FDU with three consecutive 800 meter championships and earn first team honors. 

2018 Indoor:  NEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year..NEC Co-Outstanding Track Athlete of the Year..Named First Team All NEC in the 800...named Second Team All-NEC as a member of the 4x400 relay...Finished in first place overall in the 800 at the NEC Championships for the third consecutive season...Time of 2:11.35 in the 800 is an NEC Championship as well as an FDU program record...

2017 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA East Region Prelims in the 800m … Advanced to the quarterfinals and finished 20th there in at time of 2:11.17 … Set a new program record at FDU and the facility record at Winthrop (3/24) with a time of 2:07.48 – fastest time in the NEC this season and was a top ten time in the country when it was run in March … NEC Track Athlete of the Week (3/28) ... Won the Northeast Conference title in the 800m in a time of 2:13.42 … Finished fourth in the 800m at the ECAC Championships (5/12) in a time of 2:08.73 … Finished second in the 1500m at the Northeast Conference Championships (5/6) in a PR time of 4:44.20 … Had the five fastest times in the 800m and the top four in the 1500m on the Knights …

2016-17 Indoor: First Team All-Northeast Conference in the 800m … Second Team All-NEC in the 4x400 relay … Member of the Commissioner’s Honor Roll (min. 3.75 GPA) … Established a new school record in the 800m with a 2:10.23, which was set in the prelims of the ECAC Championships (3/3) … Won the NEC title in the 800m in a meet record time of 2:11.60 … Finished sixth in the finals at the ECAC Championships in a 2:10.23 … Before the ECAC Championships, broke the school record with a 2:11.05 in the 800m at the BU Terrier Invitational (1/27) … Ran the 1000m at Fordham and finished ninth in a PR of 3:17.38 … Also, ran the 400m at the Metropolitan Championships (2/3) and finished fifth at 58.45 … Held the five fastest times in the 800m on the team …

2016 Cross Country: Was the top finisher at all six meets … Member of the Northeast Conference’s Commissioner’s Honor Roll (min. 3.75 GPA) … First Team All-Northeast Conference after finishing 5th at the NEC Championships in a time of 20:01.9 … Finished in the top 25 three times; 14th at the Saint Francis Invitational (9/2), 19th at the Metropolitan Championships (10/7) and 22nd at the Ted Owen Invitational (9/24) … Was named Team MVP …

2016 Outdoor: First Team All-NEC in the 800m … Member of the 4x400 relay team that made Second Team All-NEC … NEC Champion in the 800m (2:14.54) … Set new school record in 800m at Princeton (4/23) in a time of 2:08.40 … Helped FDU finish 2nd in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays and 3rd in the 4x800 relay at the NEC Championships (5/8) … Finished 2nd at the ECAC Championships () in the 800m … Finished 2nd in the 400m hurdles (1:04.77) at the Hampton Relays () … Season-best time of 1:01.91 in the 400m hurdles at Penn Relays (4/30) … New PR in the 400m at Wake Forest (3/18) in 57.08 … 

2015-16 Indoor: NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll (min 3.2 GPA) and Commissioner’s Honor Roll (min 3.75 GPA) student-athlete … First Team All-NEC in the 800m and Second Team as part of the 4x400 relay … Northeast Conference Champion in the 800m (2:12.24) … Set a new school record in the 800m with a 2:11.53 at the ECAC Championships … The 2:11.53 was the fastest time in the NEC … Helped FDU finish second in the 4x400 at the NEC Championships … Won the 800m at the Fordham Season Opener (12/4) … Won the 500m at the Sean Atkinson Invite (1/15) … First in the 600m at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/6) and helped the Knights win the 4x800 there also … 

2015 Outdoor: Member of the NEC's Spring Academic Honor Roll (Min. 3.2 GPA) ... Three NEC Track and Field Rookie of the Week … Two-time ECAC Rookie of the Week … Ran the 400-meter, 100 and 400-hurdles, and the 4x100 and 4x400 relays for the Knights at seven meets … Opened the season with a 2nd place finish in the 400-hurdles in a time of 1:01.54 at the Wake Forest Open (3/21) … Member of the 4x100 team that finished 8th at Wake … Won the 400 in a season-best and 6th fastest in the NEC time of 57.56 at the Towson Invitational (3/29)  … Helped the Knights finish 2nd in the 4x100 and 5th in the 4x400 at Towson as well … Finished 6th in the 100-hurdles in a time of 15.70, qualified for the finals with a 15.42—10th fastest in the NEC—at Ramapo (4/4) … Helped the 4x800 team win at Ramapo … Came home 5th in a season-best and fastest in the NEC time of 1:00.63 at North Carolina A&T (4/11) … Scored points as an individual in the 400-hurdles with an 8th place finish and 7th as part of the 4x400 relay.

2014-15 Indoor: Named Most Outstanding Rookie Performer at the Northeast Conference Championships … Four-time NEC Women’s Indoor Track and Field Rookie of the Week … Named NEC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week (1/13) … Competed in the 200, 400 and 500-meter, 60-hurdles and the 4x400 relay for Fairleigh Dickinson at 10 meets … Opened the season with a 2nd place finish in the 60-hurdles in a time of 9.60 at the Christmas Classic (12/5) … Won the 500 at the Knights Indoor Classic #2 (1/10) in a time of 1:16.50 … Was 2nd in the prelims of the 60-hurdles at the Knights Indoor Classic #2 in a time of 9.70 … Ran a 58.36 in the 400 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16) and finished 17th … Finished 10th in the 400 at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23) in a time of 57.97—season-best and 10th quickest in the NEC … Logged a 9.50 in the 60-hurdles and finished 23rd there as well … Member of the 4x400 team that clocked a 3:50.09 at the Boston University John Thomas terrier Invitational (1/31) … Crossed the line in 5th in the 500 at the NYC Metro Championships (2/6) in a time of 1:15.48 … Recorded the 8th fastest time in the NEC and season-best time of 9.24 in the 60-hurdles at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Open (2/14) … Also set a new season-best in the 200 with a 31.15 at Monmouth … Finished second in the 200 at the Northeast Conference Championships (2/22) in a time of 1:16.67 and helped the 4x400 finish 3rd … Member of the 4x400 team that finished 2nd at the Boston University Last Chance Meet (3/1) … Broke the school record and 2nd fastest time in NEC in the 500 with a 1:14.36 in the prelims at the IC4A/ECAC Championships and finished 9th in the finals in a time of 1:16.63.
