2015 Cross Country: Competed in all seven meets that the Knights competed at … Opened the season with a time of 21:14 in the 5k at the Nassaney Invitational (9/12) … Had a season-best time (20:44.2) and finish (50th) in the 5k at the Northeast Conference Championships (10/30) … Competed three times in a 6k and clocked a best-time of 25:44.2 at the Princeton Invitational (10/17) … Finished 198th in the 6k at the NCAA Regional that host by Princeton (11/13) … 

2014 Outdoor: Ran at both Coastal Carolina (3/15) and Wake Forest (3/22) for the Knights while competing in the 800, 1500 and 5000-meter … Finished 6th in the 5000 at Coastal in a time of 18:55.52 … Was 17th in  the 1500  in a season-best time of 4:55.05 at Coastal as well … Ran a 2:29.76 in the 800 and a 4:58.64 in  the 1500  at Wake. 

2013-14 Indoor: Competed at seven meets in the Mile, 3000 and 5000-meter, 4x800 and DMR … Opened the season with a 12th place finish in the Mie (5:32.80) at the Fordham Season Opener (12/6) … Helped the Knights finish 2nd in the 4x800 at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/8) … Finished 4th in the 3000 (11:05.22) at the Knight Indoor Classic as well … Was part of the DMR that finished 3rd at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/10) … Ran a season-best 18:55.55 in the 5000 at the Gotham Cup … Crossed the line in 8th (5:24.53) in the Mile at the Saturday Night Shootout (1/18) … Part of the DMR team that finished 3rd (12:36.99) at the Metropolitan Championships (1/31) … Clocked a career and season-best in the Mile at Metros with a 5:12.66 and finished 6th … Helped the Knights score points in the DMR with a 5th place finish and finished 10th in the Mile at the Northeast Conference Championships.

2013 Outdoor: Ran the 800, 1500, 3000 and 5000-meter and the 4x800 relay at six meets for the Knights … Opened the season at the Wake Forest Open (3/16) and ran15th in the 1500 and 12th in the 3000 … Posted a season-best time of 10:29.76 and finished 8th in the 3000 at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/30) … Crossed the line 3rd in the 5000 at the Colonial Relays (4/6) in a time of 18:06.86—new collegiate-best …Made  only  appearance in the 800 at the Metropolitan Championships (4/13) and set a new collegiate-best in  the 1500  with a 4:54.98 to finish 12th … Helped the Knights finished 8th in the 4x800 relay at the Northeast Conference Championships (5/5) … Finished 14th in the 5000 at the NEC Championships with a time of 18:24.56.

2012-13 Indoor: Competed in the 3000 and 5000-meter along with the DMR at four meets for Fairleigh Dickinson … Member of the Knights’ DMR team that finished 3rd at the Terrapin Invitational (1/19) and finished 14th in the 3000 as an individual with a time of 10:52.06 … Helped the Knights finish 5th in the DMR at the Metropolitan Championships (1/25) … Also at the Metros, clocked a season-best time of 18:28.60 in the 5000 and finished 9th … Posted a collegiate and season-best time of 10:28.50 in the 3000 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational (2/2) … Finished 21st at the Northeast Conference Championships (2/10) in the 5000 in a time of 19:00.62.

Essex Community College (Fall 2012): Named Honorable Mention NJCAA All-American for cross country… Competed for Coach Michael Smart… Turned in a best 5k time of 18:28.

Belleville: Earned 12 varsity letters from competing in cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field… Ran for Coach Scott Herman… Named Belleville Athlete of the Year in 2012… Set school records in the 5,000m in 19:40, 3,200m with a time of 11:29 and in the 1,600m in 5:15… Honor Roll student… Member of National Honor Society… Secretary of Key Club.

Personal: Born April 30, 1994… Daughter of Emanuele and Carol Bono… Has a twin sister, Jamie, who also competes on FDU’s track and field team, and two younger siblings,  Bobby  and Sarah… Undecided on a major.
