2015 Outdoor: Competed at seven meets, including the IC4A/ECAC Championships, for the Knights in the 200 and 400-meter, Long Jump  and the 4x100 and 4x400 relays … Opened the season with a season-best time in the 400 at Wake Forest (3/20) of 49.68 and finished 19th … Helped the Knights finish 9th in the 4x100 and 11th in the 4x400 at Wake as well … Member of the winning 4x400 relay—3:24.42—at Towson (3/29) … Made only appearance in the 200 at Ramapo and finished 7th with a wind-aided time of 22.40 … Part of the 4x400 team that finish 5th there also … Tied a personal-best with a 6.51m jump in the Long Jump at North Carolina A&T (4/11) and finished in a tie for 7th … Helped the Knights secure top-five finishes the 4x400—2nd—and the 4x100—4th … Was part of the 4x100 team that finished 8th at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/18) … Part of the 4x400 relay that finished 2nd at the Northeast Conference Championships (5/3) in a time of 3:14.59 and the 4x100 relay who finished 5th … Ran a 50.41 in the prelims of the 400 at NECs and finished 13th … Member of the 4x400 team that finished 10th in a time of 3:11.52 at IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/17).

2014-15 Indoor: Competed at nine meets, including the NEC Championships and the IC4A/ECAC Championships for the Knights … Started the season with a 6th place finish in the 60-meter in a time of 7.20 at the Christmas Classic … Member of the 4x400-meter relay team that won at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/7/14) … Finished 3rd in the 600-meter (1:23.93) at the Knight Indoor Classic as well … Finished 17th in the 400-meter in a time of 50.64 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16/15) … Was 12th in the Long Jump (6.32m) at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23/15) … Ran a season-best 50.01 in the 400-meter at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Invitational (1/31/15) … Part of the winning (3:22.76) 4x400-meter relay team at the Monmouth Winter Colligate Open (2/14/15) … Scored points for the Knights with a 5th place finish in the Long Jump with a season-best distance of 6.68m at the NEC Championships (2/22/15) … Finished 8th in the 400-meter in a time of 51.39 at the NEC Championships and was a member of the 4x400 team that finished 3rd with a time of 3:21.22 … Ran as part of the 4x400 relay at the IC4A/ECAC Championships and helped the Knights to a 10th place finish. 

2014 Outdoor: Ran the 200, 400-meter, 4x100, 4x200, 4x400 relays and jumped in the Long Jump for the Knights … Finished 2nd in the Long Jump at the Coastal Carolina with a distance of 6.51m, which was a season-best … Also at Coastal, finished 4th and 7th as parts of the 4x400 and 4x200 teams respectively … Was a member of the 4x100 team that finished 6th at the Wake Forest Open with a time of 42.56 … Helped the 4x400 team finish 5th (3:19.67) at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/5/14) … Won with the 4x400 team (3:16.58) at the TCNJ Invitational (4/12/14) and was part of the 8th place 4x100 team (44.93) … As an individual, finished 5th in 400m with a 49.58 also at TCNJ ... 2013-14 Indoor:  Competed in both track events and field events for the Knights at eight meets … Started the year with a 2nd place finish in the Long Jump (6.58m) at the Knight Indoor Classic (12/8/13) … Finished 20th at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16/15) in the Long Jump with a 6.26m best … Part of the 1600SMR team that finished 3rd (3:35.62) at the Saturday Night Shootout (1/18/14) … Member of the 4x400 team that finished 6th at the Metropolitan Championships (1/31/14) after running a 3:25.87 … Finished 2nd at the NEC Championships as part of the DMR with a time 10:30.25 … Recorded a 12th place finish in the Long Jump at the NEC Championships … Crossed the line 2nd (52.23) in the 400m at the Monmouth Moonlight at the MAC (2/9/14) … Helped the 4x400 team finish 17th (3:17.99) at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (3/15/14).
