2013: Closed out her college career with an impressive senior season that saw her consistently finish finish in the top three of Knights' competitors... Helped the Knights to a fourth-place finish at the Monmouth Invitational (9/21) by running a 5K time of 21:45.35... Ran a season-best time of 21:30 at the Metropolitan Championships (10/11)... Constructed a 3K time of 11:50 at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/25)... Crossed the finish line in 22:29 at the Northeast Conference Championships (11/2)... One of five Knights to run in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15) and ran a 6K time of 24:49... Named to NEC Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.75 GPA or higher)... Recipient of the Mary Kay Stratis Award, which is given to the graduating female senior with the highest GPA (3.961)...

2012: Emerged as one of FDU’s top runners as a junior… Finished second on the team five times before claiming the Knights’ top spot at the NEC Championships…  Opened the season with a 22:02.7 finish at the Bryant Invite (9/8)… Knocked off more than a minute in second race, posting a 20:53.20 finish at the Ted Owen Invitational (9/22)… In the 3k at the CCSU Mini Meet, crossed the finish line in 11:52.09 (10/19)… Set a personal record in the 5k with FDU’s top time of 19:57.30 at the NEC Championships to take 49th overall (10/27)… Named to NEC Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.75 GPA or higher)

2011: Placed fourth on the team on three occasions… Took fourth among FDU competitors at the Ted Owen CCSU Invitational (9/24)… Set a personal record time of 23:47.9 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/15)… Named to NEC Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.75 GPA or higher)...

St. Johannis-Schule: Competed in track and field for coaches Rita Böcker and Jens Elliott… Competed for Germany’s U20 National Team 2006-09… Posted a career best  400m time of 56.56 and ran 2:15 in the 800m… Graduated with a 4.0 grade point average…

Personal: Born June 26, 1991… Daughter of Georg and Mariola Pantke… Mother competed in track and field in college in Poland… Competed for Bremer Leichtathletik Team, earning Athlete of the Year 2004-08… Helped team win Bremen city titles 2003-10 and Northern Germany Championships in 2005, 2007 and 2010… Two-time winner of the Piano Championship for all high schools in Bremen… Trained in track and field with European champions Sebastian Bayer and Carolin Nytra… Psychology major.
