2011-12: Ran the 400m and as part of the 4x400m team during the indoor season… Helped the 4x400m indoor team break the 4-minute mark with a 3:58.76 finish at the Metropolitan Championships (1/26/12)… Also had a time of 1:20.51 in the 500m at the Metropolitan Championships… Ran a time of 1:01.02 in the 400m at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational (2/3/12)… Part of FDU’s 4x400m relay team that placed seventh at the NEC Indoor Championships with a time of 4:02.90 (2/11/12)… Posted a 1:00.52 time in the 400m at the Wake Forest Open (3/16/12)… 4x400m relay team ran a time of 3:58.75 came at the Princeton Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20/12)… Best 4x400m relay time came at the NEC Outdoor Championships in 3:57.97 to place sixth (5/5/12)…

2010-11: Ran the 800m for the only time of the indoor season in Knights debut at the Fordham Season Opener and posted a time of 2:26.70 (12/3/10)… Best individual time in the 400m came at the 2011 New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a time of 58.88 (2/4/11)… Placed seventh in the 400m (59.69) at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships (2/12/11)… Became a staple of FDU’s 4x400m relay team, helping the squad to an indoor best time of 3:54.89 at the Armory Collegiate Challenge (2/25/11)… Continued to be part of relay teams in the outdoor season… Posted a season-best 58.94 finish in the 400m at the Wake Forest Open (3/18/11)…

Personal: Born June 26, 1991… Daughter of Georg and Mariola Pantke… Mother competed in track and field in college in Poland… Competed for Bremer Leichtathletik Team, earning Athlete of the Year 2004-08… Helped team win Bremen city titles 2003-10 and Northern Germany Championships in 2005, 2007 and 2010… Two-time winner of the Piano Championship for all high schools in Bremen… Trained in track and field with European champions Sebastian Bayer and Carolin Nytra… Psychology major.
