2011-12: Set a personal record in the 1 mile at the Fordham Season Opener in 6:23.30 (12/2/11)… Posted best career indoor 800m time of 2:47.15 at the Saturday Night at the Armory event (1/14/12)… During the outdoor season, posted personal record in the 1,500m with a time of 5:40.50 at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/23/12)… Ran a personal record in the 800m at the Metropolitan Championships with a time of 2:38.45 (4/14/12)… 

2010-11: Ran only 600m of the season at the Fordham Season Opener, checking in at 2:05.20 (12/5/10)… Dropped 10 seconds off 1,000m time from last season at the NYC Gotham Cup to finish in 3:40.69 (1/14/2011)… Fastest 800m time (2:52.80) of the indoor season came at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/28/11)… Got back to the outdoor season with a 5:41.22 finish in the 1,500m and a time of 2:55.42 in the 800m at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/25/11)… Saved best 800m time for the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships, crossing the finish line in 2:51.40 (5/7/11)…

2009-10: Kicked off career at the Fordham Season Opener with a mile time of 6:42.90 and as part of the 4x400m relay team (12/4/09)… Ran best mile time of the indoor season at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational with a time of 6:37.19 (1/8/10)… Competed in the 1,000m for the first time at the NYC Gotham Cup, finishing in 3:50.79 (1/15/10)… Finished first indoor season at the Northeast Conference Championships with an 800m time of 2:51.88… In outdoor, competed in the 800m for most of the season, culminating with a season-best 2:50.26 time at the NEC Outdoor Championships (5/1/10)… 

Fort Lee: Participated in cross country, soccer and indoor and outdoor track and field... Competed for Coach Paul Jayson in cross country and indoor track... Coached by Demba Mayne in outdoor track... As a senior, captained her cross country and track and field teams... Two-year captain of the soccer team... Earned the Nicholas J. Revello Award in 2008... 

Personal: Born June 12, 1990... Daughter of Jeffrey and Beatrice Adler... Both parents attended FDU... Has an older brother, Adam... Graduated in May 2012 with a Communications degree... Currently working toward a master's degree in Communications.
