BRIDGEWATER, N.J.- Three FDU Knights made appearances on the All-NEC Women's Golf Awards, per a conference release. Abbey Baker and Kashika Misra make their first appearances on the list after impressive seasons. Michelle Yang was also named to the Second Team, after taking home Rookie of the Year last spring.
Misra took home one NEC Player of the Week award for the Knights, the only Knight to accomplish such a feat this spring. The freshman paced the Knights, averaging 72.72 strokes per round. Her season was highlighted by a T-4th place finish at the NEC Tournament. Yang was the one who was tied with Misra at fourth place. Throughout the year, she averaged a 78.04 average. Baker finished with the second best average on the squad, boasting 77.83 per round throughout the season. Baker's standout outing also came at the NEC Championship where she climbed her way into a second place finish.
