BINGHAMTON, N.Y.- The Knights had another successful day at the NateRentals.com Binghamton Invitational. FDU will be represented in five separate championships tomorrow, including the men's Flight A final.
Gryffin Minor continued his run through the A Draw with a dramatic semifinal win. He booked his ticket in the final with a three-set victory that ended with a thrilling tiebreaker. With a victory tomorrow, Minor will receive a qualifying spot for the ITA Masters competition.
Jorge Alonso-Cortes advanced to the B Flight finals, meaning FDU can take the top two singles events of the weekend. Benjamin Wrann will represent FDU in the Flight E final.
Matias Neira and Arya Prabhu additionally advanced to the C Flight doubles finals.
