Daclan and Adebayo Lead Women's Cross Country in Dominant Win over Saint Peter's

JERSEY CITY, N.J. - FDU Women's Cross Country took to the road once again, this time for a midweek clash against Saint Peter's. The Knights competed in a dual match against the Peacocks on a rainy morning at Lincoln Park. 

In the 2.1 kilometer race, the Knights claimed five of the top six spots in route to a dominant victory over the Peacocks. Freshman Mary Daclan was the first to cross the finish line, leading the way for the Knights again. Temi Adebayo was right behind her, claiming a second place finish.

Isabel Michel was the third Knight to cross the finish line, taking fourth place in the race. Filling out the final spot in the top five was Gabriela Cardona. Mackenna Calvin placed in sixth, making her the fifth fastest Knight. 

The Knights will next compete at the ECAC's on October 17th with action from The Bronx starting at 9 a.m.
