BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – Men's tennis finished the final match of their regular season Saturday afternoon, heading to LIU for one last conference matchup before the NEC Tournament. It was a successful day for the Knights as they defeated the Sharks 4-3, only losing three total matches. The afternoon started off on a high note as all three doubles pairs took commanding victories, including a 6-0 win against Mathieu Vinet and Ales D'Anna by Thomas Linley and Joshua Oboniye. On the singles side, the Burgundy and Blue had four matches go to a third set. Freshman Asaf Schwartz was able to come back from a first set loss and defeat Danila Ishchanka 2-6, 7-5, 6-4. Sophomore and reigning NEC Player of the Week Gryffin Minor took his eighth consecutive win, beating Victor Sjostrom 6-3, 0-6, 6-4. Minor finishes the regular season with a 4-2 conference record.
 
The Knights will look ahead to the NEC Tournament taking place at the Mercer County Tennis Center in West Windsor, N.J. on April 12-14.
