PHILADELPHIA, PA – Men's tennis returned to action after a big sweep against conference opponent Wagner earlier this week. The Knights headed to Philadelphia to take on Temple in a non-conference morning matchup. It was a tough day for the burgundy and blue who lost to the owls 1-6, only taking one singles victory on the day. That win came courtesy of sophomore
Jorge Alonso-Cortes who defeated Maj Najvirt Kolaric in an exciting 1-6, 7-5, 12-10 super tiebreaker victory. Doubles duos

Arjun Sriram/
Andrew Nicolae both lost to the tough Temple opponents, prompting an unfinished result for
Thomas Linley and
Joshua Oboniye as the doubles was played clinch.
The Knights return to action on March 11, as they head to Orlando, Florida for three days of action against Hampton, Morgan State and Lewis.
