LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. – FDU men's and women's track and field headed to Rider University to compete in the Rider 5-Way earlier today. The Knights met opponents from Fordham, NJIT, Rider and Sacred Heart in their second outdoor meet of the season. It was a successful day for the burgundy and blue, who saw multiple personal and season bests on the day.

Marcus Powell all participated in the men's 100m, placing seventh, ninth and tenth respectively

Tata Coulibaly and senior
Andree Celestin competed in the women's 100m hurdles, finishing second and third with times of 14.80 and 15.08

Rilwan Olunlade ran an impressive 16.72 in the men's 110m hurdles

Onnieka Rolle ran 1:02.57 in the women's 400m for a fifth-place finish

Jordana Greaux-Gist ran a personal best 1:10.06 in the women's 400m

Tele Abe placed sixth in the men's 400m hurdles with a time of 1:04.41

Ahmed Brown set a season best throw of 37.22m in the men's discus, giving him a sixth-place finish

Ella Johnson both competed in the women's discus throw, placing tenth and thirteenth respectively

Darien Cade placed ninth in the men's hammer throw with a mark of 33.36m

Tata Coulibaly placed fifth in the women's hammer throw with a mark of 40.44m

Myles Taylor finished third in the men's high jump with a height of 1.85m, followed by fellow freshman
Rilwan Olunlade who placed fifth with a height of 1.80m

Christian Mercado all had an impressive day in the long jump, setting personal and season bests. Romero had a pr of 6.47m which placed him in seventh, followed by Kersey who finished eighth with a mark of 6.33

Marie Etong Ntonga placed fifth in the women's long jump with a personal best of 5.30m
-Senior
Ahmed Brown placed second in the men's shot put with a mark of 14.45m
-Freshman
Darien Cade also threw shot, placing seventh with a season best mark of 13.07m

Nilaja Wiltshire won the women's shot put with a personal best 13.31m mark

Christian Mercado placed fourth and ninth in the men's triple jump with marks of 13.52m and 12.45m

The Knights look ahead to the Towson Invitational, taking place at Johnny Unitas Stadium in Towson, Maryland on March 29.
