HACKENSACK, N.J. - FDU men's volleyball head coach Karl France announced Tuesday afternoon the addition of Panagiotis Kourmouzos to the Knights 2022-23 recruiting class.

The 6'3 middle blocker comes from Dherynia, Cyprus where he played on the National Team of Cyprus, helping to guide the team to multiple international wins. In addition, Kourmouzos's trained with the Anagennisi Dherynias club team and at Xenion High School.

With an 8-foot-1-inch standing reach and a 9-foot-10-inch block jump, the incoming freshman excels on and off the court. In the classroom, Kourmouzos maintains an almost perfect GPA while being involved in outside extracurricular activities.

"Pano will be a great addition to our program," Coach France said. "His quickness is an incredible asset as a middle attacker. He will be a point scorer for the Knights program."
