In two years with the Knights, Leslie Porschen became only the second woman to break the 1,000 career point mark with 1,081 points, which currently ranks 10th all-time. She helped her team compile a 22-7 record in her first year (the program's first ever 20 win season). Within that same season, Knights' defense led the East in Division I, holding opponents to a mere 52 points per game.
Player Statistics:
As a senior, she made 128 free throws, 4th all-time for a single season. She also eared Academic recognition that same year. Porschen ranks 3rd all-time in career assists with 364, after she averaged 5.9 assists per game, and ranks 3rd and 5th in a single season assists with 189 and 175 respectively. She still holds the record for steals in a season with 12 as well as the 2nd highest steal mark with 91. Her 213 career steals rank 4th all-time. In her two seasons with the Knights she shot .781 from the line, making 239-of-306 attempts, ranking 10th all-time in career free throws made. She played 62 games in her career and helped the Knights to a 43-19 overall record.
