Ramsey defended his NEC indoor title in the shot put Ramsey by throwing to a mark of 17.42m to defend his title and by a full meter of second place. The senior is a now a three-time NEC champion in the shot put -- two indoors, one outdoors.

Ramsey was named the Most Outstanding Performer for the throws along with Brenden Chavis of Mount St. Mary's.
