Ferreira was named Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week after posting a 1-1 record in goal for Fairleigh Dickinson last week.

The redshirt freshman registered his first career shutout in the Knights' 4-0 win agianst Howard last week. In Sunday's match against Evansville, Ferreira made five saves, while limiting the Aces to one goal. 

For the week, the freshman recorded a .50 goals against average and a .857 save percentage.
