Freshman Alyssa Mcivor was named the Molten/Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week, the league announced Monday, Nov. 4.

Mcivor led the Knights to their third victory of the season with her offensive efforts. She first smashed a career-high 18 kills (career-best .445 attack percentage) in FDU's closely-contested 3-1 loss at Sacred Heart while adding four digs and one block-assist. Mcivor then led the Knights to a 3-1 win over NJIT with 14 more kills, four digs and four block-assists.
