MARIETTA, Ga. -- The incoming Fairleigh Dickinson men's tennis class for the 2017-18 season is ranked No. 25 amongst this year's Top 25 Mid-Major programs as announced by
TennisRecruiting.net on Monday morning.
Since the inception of the poll, this is the first top 25 mid-major recruiting class on both the men's or women side in Northeast Conference history. The five student-athletes recruited by the Knights span five different nations.Â
The new class features: Moric Budinszky (Hungary), Niclas Pietsch (Germany), Andris Gudins (Latvia), Youssef Sader (Morocco) and Maciej Autuch (Poland).Â

In addition to the aforementioned recognition, this class is also the only top 25 mid-major recruiting class this year from New Jersey and New York.
The mid-major conferences for tennis include programs from the AAC, Atlantic 10, Atlantic Sun, Big East, Big Sky, Big South, Big West, CAA, C-USA, Horizon, MAAC, MAC, MEAC, Mountain West, Northeast, OVC, Patriot, SoCon, Southland, SWAC, Summit, Sun Belt, WCC, and WAC conferences from NCAA Division I - as well as all programs outside of NCAA Division I.
